Pastor Craig Moses Myers was born on January 22 to Mr. Moses and Betty Myers. He is a native of Graniteville South Carolina, and the oldest of three siblings. He is a graduate of Midland Valley High School. Reverend Craig Myers is married to Formacca Rochelle Myers; they have four children and three grandchildren. In addition, he also loves spending time with his dog “Smoke.” He has been preaching the Gospel and serving in the role of minister for the past twenty-three years. He obtained his license to preach in 1996 and was ordained as a minister in 1998. Reverend Craig Myers received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Christian Counseling and Family Crisis from Colorado Theological Seminary in 2018. He is a member of the National Christian Council, and lifetime member of the NAACP. He is currently the moderator of Simmon Ridge Samaritan Baptist Association; and head pastor of Springfield Baptist Church. He previously pastored at Mt. Zion Baptist Church from 1999-2004. One of his passions include coaching and mentoring young men. He was AAU basketball coach for team TRUTH and a football recreation coach for over ten years. In his free time he enjoys playing golf, traveling, visiting new restaurants; and most importantly spending quality time with his family.
